De 10 a 13 de Setembro de 2026, o evento foca-se nos produtores do Chianti Classico, oferecendo provas, encontros com produtores e atividades educativas que exploram terroir, variação de safras e evolução estilística.

Para visitantes, é uma rara oportunidade de comparar muitas adegas num só local enquanto desfrutam da atmosfera de uma vila toscana. Reforça a identidade da região e fornece contexto significativo sobre o Sangiovese e a designação Gallo Nero (Galo Negro), símbolo da denominação.
